Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

At Trendyloomz, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of dropshipping and fulfillment through third-party logistics partners, all return, refund, and replacement requests are subject to the terms below.
1. Return & Replacement Eligibility
A replacement or refund request will only be considered in the following cases:
- Product received in damaged condition.
- Wrong product delivered.
- Product received with missing parts or accessories.
- Product received in a defective or non-functional condition.
- Product significantly different from the product ordered.
All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Mandatory Proof Requirements
To process any replacement or refund request, customers must provide:
A. Unboxing Video (Compulsory)
The video must:
- Start before opening the parcel.
- Clearly show the sealed package.
- Clearly show the shipping label.
- Clearly show the AWB (Air Waybill) number.
- Show the entire unboxing process without cuts or edits.
- Clearly show the issue being reported.
Edited, cut, paused, or incomplete videos will not be accepted.
B. Product Photos
Clear photos showing:
- The received product.
- The defect or damage.
- Shipping label with visible AWB number.
Failure to provide valid proof may result in rejection of the claim.
3. Damaged Product Policy
If the product arrives damaged:
- A replacement will be provided after verification.
- In cases where replacement stock is unavailable, a refund may be issued.
- Damage caused after delivery, misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
4. Wrong Product Received
If you receive a product different from what was ordered:
- Submit an unboxing video and photos showing the incorrect item.
- After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed.
Claims without visible AWB details or proper video proof will not be accepted.
5. Missing Item Claims
For missing items:
- The unboxing video must clearly show the package being opened.
- The shipping label and AWB number must be visible throughout verification.
Without an unboxing video, missing item claims cannot be processed.
6. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns, refunds, or replacements will NOT be approved for:
- Change of mind.
- No longer needed.
- Ordered by mistake.
- Color, size, or design expectations differing from personal preference.
- Minor variations due to lighting, photography, or screen display.
- Used products.
- Products damaged after delivery.
- Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery.
- Claims without valid video proof.
- Claims with edited or incomplete videos.
7. Return Approval Process
Do NOT send any product back without approval.
All return requests must first be reviewed by our support team.
Unauthorized returns may be refused and no refund or replacement will be issued.
8. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval.
9. Replacement Process
If a replacement is approved:
- A replacement order will be dispatched at no additional cost.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on stock availability and location.
10. Fraud Prevention Policy
To protect customers and our business from fraudulent claims:
- Every claim is verified using shipment records, AWB details, product images, and customer-submitted evidence.
- False, misleading, manipulated, or fraudulent claims may result in claim rejection and restriction from future purchases.
- Trendyloomz reserves the right to refuse any refund, return, or replacement request that does not comply with this policy.
